    1. Agreement to Terms

    By purchasing a webinar ticket from growyourbusiness.ee (operated by Grow Your Business OÜ), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

    2. Services

    We provide access to live AI training webinars and 12-month recording access. Webinar is conducted via Google Meet.

    3. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
    • Payment is processed securely through Montonio
    • Group discounts (15% off from 2nd seat onwards) are applied automatically
    • Enterprise pricing is available for groups of 30+ participants

    4. Webinar Access

    • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with Google Meet link and calendar invitation
    • Access to live session is for registered attendees only
    • Recording access is provided for 12 months from the webinar date

    5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

    • 100% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the webinar
    • 50% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the webinar
    • No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before the webinar. Recording access will still be provided
    • No-shows will still receive recording access

    6. Intellectual Property

    All webinar content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Grow Your Business OÜ and Carl Tiik. You may not:

    • Record, redistribute, or share webinar content
    • Use materials for commercial training purposes
    • Resell or transfer access to others

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Webinars are educational in nature. We provide practical AI workflows and guidance but do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Implementation results may vary based on your specific business context.

    8. Technical Requirements

    You are responsible for having:

    • Stable internet connection
    • Device capable of running Google Meet
    • Audio capabilities (microphone optional for Q&A)

    9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
